MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA

Turn everyday line checks into inspection logs that are easier to review

We organise line inspection sheets and shift notes into consistent inspection logs, helping your team keep records complete without typing the same information again.

MIRAI AI ORCHESTRA (owner: Kosei Izumida) is a Japan-based AI organisation. We work on site as Forward Deployed Engineers and turn the paperwork and spreadsheets people use today into a mechanism that works.

Input: line sheets and shift notes

Scanned or typed check sheets, measurement records, supervisor notes

Output: draft inspection log

Log entries in your format, a list of blanks and out-of-limit readings, unresolved notes

What the MIRAI FDE can do

We take the line sheets and shift notes and arrange them in the inspection log format you already use. Blank fields, readings outside the limits you provide, and notes that did not make it into the log are shown separately for the supervisor to review before sign-off.

The problem on site

Checks are written on shift sheets, extra notes go into chat, and the formal inspection log is put together later. That makes it easy for a missing signature or unexplained reading to stay unnoticed until someone reviews the records.

Common questions

Does it decide whether a batch passes?
No. Pass or fail remains a decision for your quality staff. We prepare the record and point out what still needs attention.
Can it work with our existing log template?
Yes. We start with the template you already use and keep the same column order.

How we proceed

  1. Share two weeks of line sheets, shift notes, and the inspection log format you already use.
  2. We confirm the limits for each measurement and which fields must always be filled in.
  3. We prepare the records for one line and ask the supervisor to compare them with the real logs.
  4. After any corrections, the same approach can be used for the next line.

Scope and boundaries

We do not make quality, safety, or regulatory decisions. Pricing, contracts, and final decisions rest with the owner.
